What is Postpartum coaching?
Think life coaching specifically designed for people navigating the first year after birth and beyond. The first year after birth is probably one of the most overwhelming yet rewarding periods in a person’s life. It is easy to lose sight of who you are and who you want to be in the midst of sleepless nights, poopie diapers and spit up. A postpartum coach helps you silence the noise and ground yourself in order to optimize your experience in the postpartum period. The goal of a postpartum coach is to assist you in becoming the most informed, empowered and understood person and mother you can be.YEP, SIGN ME UP

A little about me...
Hello there! I am doctor Megan Gray. I am a board certified, practicing ob/gyn physician, author, educator and mother of two little ones. I did not realize exactly how challenging the fourth trimester can be until I experienced it myself. I S-T-R-U-G-G-L-E-D! In the midst of my postpartum struggles, I realized people need more! More education, more support, more encouragement, and more mentorship. The confines of traditional medical practice prevented me from really supporting my patients the way I wanted to after birth. So, while on maternity leave I wrote and then later published a self-help guide to the postpartum period. I have since taken to social media to educate and encourage people about the fourth trimester. Additionally, I use my knowledge of ob/gyn, my experience in helping thousands of women in pregnancy, delivery and postpartum, and my own personal experience with postpartum to improve how people experience the postpartum period. I take the fear, frustration and overwhelm of the fourth trimester and turn it into confidence, peace and empowerment so that people can THRIVE and postpartum on their terms.
