Module 1: The return to work mindset
In the module you will explore how your mindset surrounding motherhood and working parents influence your emotions about returning to work. You will explore core values and needs that will shape your future as a working parent.

Module 2: Childcare
In this module you will explore different types of childcare options. You will identify thoughts/emotions surrounding each option to help you narrow down the best option for you and your family practically, financially and emotionally.

Module 3: Advocating for your needs at your work place
In this module you will clearly identify your specific needs in the work place as a working parent. You will learn to amplify your communication skills so that you can unapologetically advocate for your needs so that you are a successful part of the work team.

Module 4: Pumping at work
Returning to work does not equate to ending your breastfeeding journey. People can continue to successfully breastfeed even with long hours at work. This module will teach you the nitty gritty of breast pumping at work to keep your mild supply going. You will feel confident about continuing to breastfeed after completing this module.

Module 5: Managing your roles and responsibilities at home
As you return to work, your roles at home will shift. You will have to merge your home responsibilities and work responsibilities in a way that makes sense for you, your family and your job. In this module you will learn how to delicately balance your roles as a partner and mother as you integrate work back into your life.

Module 6: Creating rituals around daily tasks
In case you haven't already noticed, personal routines can be difficult to establish with a new baby at home which often leads to frustration and a feeling of loss of control. In this module you will focus on creating rituals around daily activities to help provide that sense of stability that you are needing.

Module 7: Setting boundaries as a part of self care
Cultivate your personal daily and weekly experiences based on your priorities and needs so that you can take back a little control in your life. Establish rituals surrounding daily tasks to optimize every moment.

Module 8: Keeping your partner relationship alive after returning to work
Many times self-care and partner relationships suffer the most when you return to work. It is not to anyone’s fault, but occurs more as a result of lack of preparation and the resulting 'busy-ness" of life that occurs once you add more responsibilities. In this module you will learn how to connect your partner in meaningful ways even when time is not on your side.

Module 9: Your First day back
Even if you are looking forward to returning to work, the first day can be mentally, emotionally and physically challenging. This module focuses on what you can expect from that first day back and how to understand your thoughts and feel your emotions.
