I was right where your are not that long ago. I was lost and struggling through the fourth trimester. I knew there had to be a different way to do this whole postpartum thing. When I returned back to doctoring after maternity leave, I wanted to go home with my patients after their births with my newly found personal postpartum experience and guide them through the postpartum period so they did not struggle like I did. Unfortunately, the medical system is not set up to support people after birth, so I'm breaking the mold to help people have an educated, supported and empowered postpartum journey.
